I know Valentine's Day isn't until Thursday but Jon and I decided to celebrate early. Instead of dealing with all the crowds we celebrated on Saturday. Some friends of ours babysat Andrew for us and we are going to repay them by watching their little girl this next weekend so they can go on a date. Well, Jon kept it a secret of where he was taking me for dinner. Secrets are fun but at the same time it kept bothering me. Then Saturday finally arrived. We hung out, ran some errands, and then FINALLY it was time to drop Andrew off and go on our date. So we drive clear the heck out into South Austin where the HUGE mansions are. We got lost but finally arrived at Siene, a tuscan restraunt. The restraunt had lights on the outside trees, looked like a castle inside, and Jon and I were guided to an upstairs room, the Terrazza Room (see picture below) where no one was seated for most of our dinner. Jon got the ravioli which was to die for and I got salmon which was to die for too. The rolls were delicious and everything was just so romantic. We were sitting by a window so we could see the lights on the trees outside and the little candle on our table was very romantic too. Jon really did surprise me and I appreciate him loving me and showing me each day NOT just Valentine's Day. I have the best husband ever and he is such a blessing in my life.

Lexie,
What a perfect Valentine's Dinner! It was fun to catch up with what you've been up to. So glad to see that you're happy and well. Jake kept smiling and "talking" about Andrew's pictures :) Miss you!
