Happy Birthday Andrew!!!

Today is Andrew's real birthday. We celebrated on the 19th by having a combined birthday party with Shane at Aunt Sandy's house. The theme was Diego. We sure had A LOT of fun and enjoyed being with family, especially having the treat of Gran Ruth here.

We first had a safari adventure outside, then we went swimming in the pool, next we ate yummy hot dogs & other food, then we did the pinata that Aunt Sandy had gotten, then we opened presents & boy did Andrew get TONS of presents (Thank you again for all the presents), & last of all we ate the yummy cakes. It was a very fun day.

Here is Andrew's cake which was made by The Cake Plate, a bakery that one of our patients own. We loves the cakes from The Cake Plate & so did everyone else.

Here is Andrew opening some of his MANY gifts he received. He wasn't shy about ripping the paper off and then trying to play with his toys he got. I wonder what Christmas will be like this year?

Since we had celebrated his birthday already we weren't really going to do anything today, but then we decided we wanted to make his real birthday special too, so we had pizza for dinner today b/c that is Andrew's favorite food (on our birthdays we get our favorite food for dinner), & then Jon made Andrew a cake and decorated it with skittles too. Jon is the best daddy ever b/c he cooked the pizza & made the cake while I was taking my sacred Sunday nap. Oh I sure do love him. So...even though we celebrated on the 19th, HAPPY BIRTHDAY again ANDREW!!!

Boy Andrew sure is lucky. He gets two birthday cakes & his mom feeds him his birthday cake while he lays on the couch watching Jungle Book. I think he is spoiled what do you think? Hopefully he knows how much we love him & that he had a great 2 year birthday!
