I absolutely LOVE this cake from The Cake Plate. It is the mexican cream cake and it is the most moist, delicious and amazing cake ever! Jon brought it up for our 6th anniversary, which was April 26, when he came to pick Andrew & I up from my parents after Easter. We all stayed up late waiting for him to show up and also to have some of the most amazing cake ever.
