The morning Jon was at the “Y” participating in their Health Fair so toward the end Andrew & I went to visit him and walk around the fair some. I actually ended up entering some drawings and winning some of them too, like winning a plant and a $300 credit for laser hair removal (that might pay to remove the hair from my big toe)! Also Chef Heidi from “Adequate Snack” was there so of course I enjoyed her free yummy samples and Andrew even loved her food too!
After the Health Fair was over we headed downtown to this HUGE consignment sale that one of our patients had told Jon about but when we got there we found out it was only open to the public until 3:30 pm and unfortunately we got here at 4 pm. Oh well, we had fun taking pictures by the fountains out front while Jon ran and got the car to come pick us up! I know we are spoiled and that is how I like it!!!
We rushed home and got ready for the Youth Dance that our ward is in charge of. We found a babysitter for Andrew so it could be kind of like a date for Jon and I! Thank you Fullers for being willing to babysit Andrew for us!
The theme of the dance was bright colors and black lights! It really turned out cute!
I had so much fun dancing with Jon during slow songs and shaking my groove thing during the fast songs. I just wish I would have not worried so much when I was a youth b/c I had so much fun tonight not worrying and just making a fool of myself but loving every minute of it! It felt so GREAT to just let loose & be crazy!
