One of Jon’s past young men was having his mission farewell today so we attended our old ward’s sacrament meeting. It was really fun to see old friends.
That night we also attended a Mission Farewell Party for him. We were able to bring our boys with us & I was so grateful for that b/c Andrew got really excited about when he would go on a mission & have a party like this.
Nathan Smith really is an amazing young man & we have been so blessed to have him in our life! Good luck Nathan in the Fresno, California mission & we’ll see ya in 2 years!!!
Nathan told Andrew to put up his “strong arms” to symbolize being a STRONG MISSIONARY for this picture!
I LOVE the Smith family! Kelly Smith is my very BEST FRIEND & Mike Smith is so much fun to chit chat with when I am over working for Kelly!

Right after the Mission Farewell Party I dropped Jon off at home & started the 3 1/2 hour drive up to Mom & Dad’s to spend Spring Break with them! I usually don’t like to drive at night but it turned out great, b/c the boys slept the whole way & I just jammed out to my fun music all the way. Also there wasn’t very much traffic since it was late at night!!!
When we arrived at Mom & Dad’s after midnight they were still up playing computer games so we hung out, had a snack & visited until around 1:30 am & then we all went to bed! I just LOVE being spoiled by my Mom. She is the BEST!!!
