During Andrew’s Christmas break Mimi was going to keep Andrew for an extra week but everyone was getting sick, including Mimi so instead we decided to bring Andrew home with us. He was sad, but Mimi made it all better by giving us money to take him bowling instead. He cheered right up after he found out that!
Well, Christmas break was crazy with getting over illnesses & just me being in a funk so it wasn’t until January 15th that we actually got around to going bowling.
We had SO MUCH FUN!!! Here are some of the pics from our fun time but there are not many pictures b/c we were all having so much fun, including me, that we got caught up in the moment & I almost forgot to take pictures! I guess making memories is more important than documenting them all the time!
This is the best picture I could get b/c Jackson was so excited about everything else going on he wouldn’t look at the camera & Andrew has started staring other places when we are taking pictures too for some strange reason!
Andrew really thought he was cool getting to bowl & even held the bowling ball correctly but didn’t quite get the concept of rolling the ball NOT throwing it but he had fun & that is what matters!
Jackson even got in on the action! Jon was so cute & tender in helping Jackson learn to roll the ball! Jackson would just stand there & “ooo & aww” as the ball rolled down the lane! He had A LOT of FUN too!
Toward the end of our bowling they turned out the lights & did the laser lights & had fun disco music playing! We all had so much fun dancing around, especially Andrew & Jackson!
I am so glad there are wholesome places like Main Event where we can go have fun as a family!!! Also THANK YOU Mimi for supplying the money for us to go have fun! You are the BEST!!!
