Therapy, Wendy’s, Book & Ball (Fri: Aug. 27, 2010)

This morning we took Gran Ruth to her physical therapy with Allen. He was VERY sweet but worked her hard like she needed.

After therapy we went to Wendy’s to get lunch and then ran some errands. Andrew LOVED the Where’s Waldo toy game that was in his Kid’s Meal and wanted to play it the moment we got back to Gran Ruth’s.

Then he was restless so we played Hide & Go Seek!

Then Gran Ruth said we were being too loud so we decided to read his favorite book that Mimi got for him, “Who Stole the Cookie from the Cookie Jar?”. We read that probably about 10 times a day. HE LOVES IT!!!

After I had read it 2 times to him and wouldn’t read it anymore he decided to read it to himself. He actually did a really good job b/c he almost has it memorized.

Then we decided to go outside and enjoy the luscious soft Utah grass and kick the ball around.

Andrew really did LOVE playing outside and kept on saying how pretty the mountains were.

I decided to lay down in the grass and really enjoy the grass so then Andrew laid down too after he took my picture. We LOVED being outside and playing in the lovely grass.

The rest of the evening we just hung out and enjoyed being with Gran Ruth.
